Registration is open to the public, but new accounts require operator approval before gameplay is enabled. We may decline, suspend, or remove any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
3. Mature content
The Service can generate fictional adult (18+) roleplay content when you opt in per character or campaign. This content is AI-generated fiction. Mature content is off by default and only produced at your explicit direction.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the Service to create, request, or distribute:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes, depicts, or describes a minor in a sexual manner — this is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance, regardless of any setting.
- Content that is illegal, or that promotes harm to real persons.
- Content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempts to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
We reserve the right to filter, block, log, and report prohibited activity, and to terminate accounts involved.
5. User-generated and imported content
You are responsible for the character cards, prompts, and other content you create or import (including from third-party sources). You must have the rights to any content you upload. See our DMCA / takedown page to report infringement.
6. AI output disclaimer
Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. It is provided “as is” for entertainment and does not constitute advice of any kind.
7. Availability & changes
The Service is provided without warranty of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
